Designed and developed recruitment web site for Management Trainee Program (MTP). MTP is a comprehensive 10-months long training program preparing trainees to become the future leaders of the company. UCSF Stop Smoking Study (version 3.3)
The goal of the software is to change smokers to quit smoking by having them participate in various interventions such as self-monitored mood management, group support (message board), group discussions, reading educational materials, email reminders and follow-ups. My two main responsibilities were to design user interface and write design specification. I worked very closely with programmers to design this application, and used following tools: Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, ASP.

Designed and developed the "Disappeared" web site. The Disappeared is a digital archival base of survivor video narratives. The two main goals of the program are Spanish language acquisition and scholarly exploration of systemic violence in Argentina. The program provides video narration, transcriptions, and glossary.
